How do I get my Duke email on my phone (iPhone and Android)?

You can get your Duke email on your phone by following these steps:

1. On your phone, go to your email app (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
2. Add a new email account by going to the settings menu and selecting “Add Account.”
3. Follow the prompts to enter your Duke email address and password.
4. If you are asked to select the type of email account you want to set up, choose “Exchange.”
5. Enter the following information:

• Domain: ad
• Username: Your Duke NetID
• Password: Your Duke password
• Server: outlook.office365.com

6. Tap “Next” or “Done” to complete the setup process.
